The party takes place in the home of a host. The session lasts an hour and a half. The topics covered:
- The science behind weight loss/gain
- The many influences assaulting our appetites
- Outside influences on the amount of food we eat
- Behavioral Adjustment through Learning and Practice (BALP) to start to control your appetite, easily and fast.
- Uses hypnosis to reinforce the tools taught
- Everyone in attendance receives the system workbook, their own CD that takes them into a light trance in the comfort of their own home to reinforce new habits through hypnosis.
- Everyone experiences a relaxing hypnosis session during the party
